2. Design templates are non-tangible irrevocable goods. Templates are not refundable and can only be used under the terms of purchase. We only make exceptions with this rule when the product appears to be not-as-described on a case by case basis in agreement of the parties concerned. The deadline for any refund claim is one week after the delivery date.
3. Free website design from templates remain the property of Brent Online unless otherwise stated.
4. Free web site promotion is only available whilst offer last.
